Mr and Mrs Hill and Donna, I am so sorry to hear about JW and my prayers are with you. Even though it has been many years since I have seen JW it seems just like yesterday that we were running around the neighborhood or swimming in your pool. My sympathy and condolences to JW's family , I was both shocked and sadden to here of his passing . I didn't know JW very long, but I do know he was a very intelligent, good man. He was kind enough to help me with computer problems on several occasions, never asking for anything in return ....R.I.P my friend.

Knew JW from his days in The Now. He also worked with Chris Rich and me at the record store in Rockville. He was his own man. Many times in discussions we would end with JWs perspective. He was always the most level headed and rational of the lot of us. He had such grace onstage. We would rehearse and get it down..and JW then could play it in his sleep...once he got it down...he would never forget even the smallest part of the whole thing. We would be changing arrangements like all the time and he would never forget those parts even if the guy who wanted to change it forgot...Amazing musical memory Had some great times on the road or just some regular old fun doing normal stuff. Wish I woulda seen him before this. We're all gonna miss you JW. I still picture you moving across the store with Maria and Jesse ...putting away stock while we grooved to Ryichi Sakamoto or at Ledos in college park.....so sorry for all involved . May you rest in peace my friend and bandmate...see you down the road.....
