I am devastated with this untimely and irreparable loss to the family. Dr. Sahib, you have been a very charming person with poetic words in your talk and a smiling face always....even during tense moments! From this photo, I cannot really imagine that you have left for heavenly abode. I still feel that it is a worst dream. Many thanks for your guidance and support in the last 29+ years. I will miss you very greatly. My biggest regret is that I could not dare to have a word with you in the last six months. Though I tried it couple of times but the words rarely came out of my mouth. But I will always fondly remember you, cherish your wits and the wonderful time we had spent during family gatherings and other occasions. ,May God Krishna provide a special place to you near Him in Vaikuntha. Didi, Shalu, Suppy and Bitty - My heartfelt condolences to you. May Lord Krishna give you all the strength to bear this biggest loss. I wish that I could have been there for Dr. Sahib's last darshans.

Dr. R.K. Maheswari was one the most dynamic and enlightening close family friend for 20 years. He was a great teacher and outstanding scientist and a proud Hindu. He has enriched the life of many- family, friends and students. His soft and sophisticated smile and art of communication always eased the mind of anyone under all circumstances. We will miss him and his company!
