W. Doug McCreary Obituary

On October 29, 2023, William Douglas “Doug” McCreary passed away at the age of 65 after a lengthy illness.  Beloved son of the late Robert McCreary and Norva Fisher, he is survived by his wife of 22 years, Christine C. McCreary (nee Boyer-Ng); his son Jesse Schrock (wife Allison); his step-son Daniel Ng; his brother Robert A. McCreary; his grandchildren Liam, Lily, and Logan Schrock; his nephew Christopher (wife Liz) and niece Casey; and his great-nephew Henry.

After he proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy, Doug worked in construction for most of his life.  An outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. His other passion was softball and he played on the Navy amateur softball team while in Hawaii and later for the Allen Homes softball team.
