Shirley A (Robertson) Resau

         Shirley Ann Robertson Resau was born June 28,1929 in Baltimore,Md.  She passed away July 16,2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Master Sargent Robert J. Resau and her Grandson Charles R. Resau. She leaves behind her 3 sons and their wives, Robert, Jr., Michael, Charles, 7 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren. 

        In her early years Shirley was a telephone operator, and worked as a cosmetician.  Later she worked at Trible’s Inc, a small appliance parts company out of Washington, DC.  Shirley was with Trible’s for 25 years.  During their years in the service, she and Bob were stationed in Oklahoma, California, Alaska, Japan, and Florida.

         Shirley lost Bob in 1982 and has lived alone and independently until May 21,2021 when she took ill. She died 92 years old.

         The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Sara’s House,  20th St, Ft. Meade, Md. 21113 (This is a branch of Catholic Charities)

          A memorial Visitation will be held Thursday, July 29, 2021  from 2 PM to 4 PM, and  a Catholic memorial service will be celebrated at 4 pm.
