Shirley Pearson

Shirley Ann Pearson, 78, of Severn, Maryland passed away of natural causes on Friday July 21, 2023. She grew up in Odenton, Maryland. She worked at General Electric for many years and later retired from Samuel Maisel where she worked in the international trade industry. Shirley was devoted to her family and had a very strong faith.

   She is survived by her children Cheryl Lynch (David), Raymond Painter (Renee), and son Bryan Painter. Sister Alice Delair. Grandchildren Candace Wilt, Brandon Wilt, Jesse Painter, Brett Painter and Kasey Clark, great grandchildren Christian Norat, Alex Norat, Gabriel Norat, Savannah Litchfield, Kylee Gesualdo, Hunter Wilt and, Lezlie Miller. 

   She is preceded in death by her loving husband William Pearson, her parents Harry and Florence Hendershot, grandson Justin  Painter, and granddaughter Brittney Wilt, siblings Ted, Virginia, Charles, Bertha, Harry, Elmer, Bill, Bob, Maynard and Jimmie. 

   Services will be held on Wednesday July 26th at 12pm at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church 2145 McKendree Rd, West Friendship, MD 21794. Viewing will be from 10am-12pm. 

  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
