Michael "Mike" or "Tank" Charles Davis was an incredible friend, brother and uncle. He left this world suddenly on March 26, 2022 at the age of 65. Mike was born to George and Patricia Davis on June 21, 1956 and is survived by his sister Carolyn Anderson and her husband Steve Anderson and their children Jennifer Anderson, Mathew Anderson and Kaitlyn Anderson, and brother Jim Davis and his wife Christine Davis and their children Christopher Davis, Amanda Randall and Paul Davis, and sister Kathy Grey and her husband Gary Grey and their children Vince Grey, Trish Crawford, and Donnie Grey, and honorary nephews and niece: Nathan Sisler, Jennings Sisler, Chet Sisler, and Mallory Sisler.
Mike was born in Indiana, and lived in multiple states growing up, with West (by God) Virginia being the state he loved the most because of the close friendships he developed and his love of the outdoors especially hunting, fishing and spending time at deer camp with his many friends.
Mike attended West Virginia University, graduating in 1979 with a degree in marketing, which led to a lifetime career in Sales and Marketing. He lived in New Kensington PA from 1980-2010 so was an ardent Steelers fan. His move to Maryland was in 2010.
Mike was a member of St Joseph's Catholic church in Odenton Maryland. His membership in the Little Mountain Hunting Club in Moorefield West Virginia spans 35+ years.
Mike was known for his incredible sense of humor, warm and loving heart, and his willingness to help others whenever he could. He had many friendships, several that spanned 50+ years. He enjoyed many outdoor adventures and lots of grilling, laughs and fellowship.
Mike was loved by his family and friends from many different groups. His absence is already felt.
Interment will be at a later date in Moorefield, WV.
