Lula Inez (Davis) Miller

On August 22, 2024, Lula Inez Miller (nee Davis) went home to be with the Lord.  Born in Hickman, Kentucky, to Lafayette and Ida Davis, Inez married her high school sweetheart Richard R. Miller, a member of the U.S. Army.  With the military, they traveled for a while before settling in Severn, Maryland, in 1979. Inez worked as a Claims Adjuster for the United State Government for 30 years before retiring.  Often you could find her at her computer playing her games.  Most especially, she loved being home, cooking and spending time with her family.

Devoted wife of 64 years to Richard R. Miller; beloved mother of Joyce F. Young (spouse Andre), Rosalind L. Miller, and the late Kevin R. Miller; loving sister of Lafayette Davis, cherished grandmother of Timothy Shaw (spouse Andrea), Tierra Miller, Damien Thorne, and Tevin Miller (spouse Bethlehem); adoring great-grandmother of Ileigha Dailey, Elijah McKinney, Miracle Thorne, Ty’layiah Robinson, Zyion Jackson, Dyllan Thorne and Nazareth Miller.
