John James Kaye Jr.

John J. Kaye of Severn Maryland born September 28th 1935 and died May 26th 2024. Son of the late John and Anna Roberts Kaye. Brother of deceased siblings Billy, Wilma, Carl and Deena.

Graduated from Glassport High School in Glassport Pennsylvania, attended Penn State University and West Virginia University, had a long career with a US army and retired from the Department of Defense.

John is survived by his cherished wife Kumi, son Tim, sister-in-law Kyoko Kelly, Joanne Barton, Marlene Nosich, Mary Lou Ivan, Carole Cook, Annette Waldbaum and their families.

Also mourning his loss are his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a ton of devoted friends. A military service will be held on June 20, 2024 with burial in Crownsville Maryland. John this was a better world when you were in it.
