Jennifer Leigh Ann (Peeples) Loughrey

Jennifer Leigh Ann (Peeples) Loughrey was born on March 19, 1975. She passed away March 23, 2022, at the age of 47, after a nearly three year battle with Breast Cancer.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert (Rob) Loughrey and sons, Derek, Cullen and Aidan, Daughter-in-Law Victoria and Grandson Killian who will grow up knowing about his “Lolly” and her boundless love.  She is also survived by her parents, Hugh  &  Mari Anne Peeples, Cindy & William Siko. Brother Todd & Sister-in-Law Aimee, Steven and Sister-in-law Amanda, Ryan and Sister-in-law Morgan and many nieces and nephews.

Jenn was a graduate of Fletcher High School in Jacksonville, Florida and finished her higher education at the University of Maryland College Park, where she graduated with dual degrees in both Business and Interior Design.

Her biggest life accomplishments were her marriage to her loving husband Rob and being a mom to her three boys, Derek, Cullen and Aidan.

Her extended family and friends are many, with a large majority of them being through the Odenton Volunteer Fire Company where Rob has served the community for over 24 years, the last three as the Chief.  Over the years Jennifer made friends everywhere she went.  She had an amazing career with the Department of Defense where she was the Chief of Staff for a large organization.

Jenn’s passion was her husband, family and friends. She loved everyone with all of her heart and touched an enormous amount of people in her life. As her husband would say, she treated everyone like the most important person in the world, and everyone loved her for that.  

Her love, personality and drive are unmatched and the legacy that she leaves behind will forever be a cornerstone for generations to come.
