Herbert H. Poland, Jr. age 74 of Elkridge, Maryland passed away on Thursday, September 03, 2020 at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD.

Herbert was born on August 1, 1946 in VA to the late Herbert H. Poland, Sr. and Rose Poland. He was preceded in death by his brother John Poland.

Herbert is survived by his wife Monica Poland, her children and grandchildren. His daughters Lisa McLemore (the late Ernest McLemore Sr.), Sara Wines (Richard Wines II). His grandchildren, Ernest McLemore Jr., Hannah Wines, and Nathan Wines. His sisters, Sherry Blankenship (Fred Blankenship), Carrie Taylor (the late Bobbie Taylor), Diane Shirkey (Donnie Shirkey), many nieces and nephews, and his granddog Dominoe.

Herbert loved going to watch his grandchildren play sports. He loved sitting at home in his chair watching old westerns and he enjoyed playing golf and drinking beer with his friends.
