On October 3, 2021, Daphne A. Ayers passed away peacefully at the age of 88. She was born November 8, 1932, in Lancaster County, England. Daphne loved living in Odenton and, as a health and wellness advocate, walked 5 miles a day on the Piney Orchard Trail. She enjoyed socializing with her friends at the O’Malley Senior Center. Devoted to animal rights, Daphne was a friend to all animals and gave generously to animal charities and loved spoiling her cat Sweetie.
She is survived by her daughter Rusty Diemer; friends Wanda DiGregory and Kim Ennardi; grandchildren Curtis Diemer, Patrick Diemer, Dr. Lindsay Diemer, Colleen Everts; great-grandchildren Harrison Diemer, Annabelle Diemer, Laurel Everts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
