Barbara Ann Lupero

Barbara Ann Lupero, of Odenton, MD, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at herhome surrounded by her family. She was 84. Barbara was born on November 25, 1940, in Brooklyn, NY and was the daughter of the late William Modrako and Helen (nee Hecanchik)Modrako.

Barbara is survived by her beloved son, Louis Lupero and daughter-in-law, Tracy (nee Shelley)Lupero of Orlando, FL; two cherished granddaughters, Kelly (nee Lupero) Saunders and her husband Ryan Saunders of Huntingtown, MD; and Katie (nee Sachs) Morrison and her husband,Sean Morrison of Baltimore, MD; devoted sister-in-law, Ginny Mugno and kind brother-in-law, Anthony Mugno of Riverhead, NY; loving Fiancé and domestic partner, Walter Logan, of Odenton, MD; and several numerous nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Louis Lupero; son, Matthew Lupero; sister, Joan Viola and brother-in-law, Raymond Viola.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 11:00am, St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1283 Odenton Road, Odenton, MD 21113. The interment will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 11:00am at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 1911 Forest Drive, Annapolis, MD 21401. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
