Tinh Dung Ly, a resident of Beltsville, MD, passed away on Tuesday, December 08, 2020 at Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, MD. He was 65. Mr. Ly was born in Vietnam on August 01, 1955 and was the son of Doan Ly and Phi Ly. He will be missed by all.
