On November 17, 2025, Sarah Louise Beam formerly of Severn, MD passed away at the age of 85 surrounded by family in Millersville, MD. Sarah was born March 2, 1940 in Baltimore, MD to the late Edward I. Cooper, Sr. and Lina (nee Koch) Cooper.

Sarah was the beloved mother of Martin (Kathy) Beam of Millersville and Michael (Kerri) Beam of McConnelsville, Ohio; cherished grandmother of Emily Hickerson, Rachel Frinak, Kaitlyn Lindemuth, Amanda Murphy, Sarah Clemons and Maison Beam; caring great-grandmother of Hayden and Madelyn Hickerson, Lyla and Ethan Frinak, Levi Murphy and Lukas Lindemuth; loving sister of Frieda Pfeifer of Jacksonville, FL

Sarah was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, William E. Beam whom she married June 6, 1959, daughter Donna Reuwer, sisters Clara Cooper, Minnie Yingling, Mary Hamilton, Lina Ballman and brothers Edward I. Cooper, Jr., Wilber T. Cooper and August B. Cooper.

Sarah was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, completing puzzles and word searches and bowling.
