Sandra Kaye Gibson
November 13, 1953 — May 31, 2015
On May 31, 2015, Sandra "Sandy" K. Gibson passed away at BWMC at the age of 61. Born in West Virginia, Sandra was a lifelong resident of the Jessup and Laurel area. Devoted wife of 46 years to Bobby Gibson; Beloved mother of Marsha Gibson, Karen Hayes, Robert Gibson, and Tracy Mogel; Loving sister of Dorinda Grumbine; Caring niece of John Harrison and Kay Harrison; Adoring grandmother of Megan Monroe, Cody Hayes, Makayla Mogel and Brayden Mogel; dearest cousin of Debra Peterson and Gregory Bowers. She was predeceased by her mother Charlotte, her brother Eugene Hite, her nephew Roger Grumbine, and her cousin Jonathan Bowers.
Sandra enjoyed crafts and had a talent for sewing, quilting, crocheting, and needle point. She also enjoyed bowling. A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
