Sally E. Depanise

Sally E. DePanise, a resident of Odenton, MD, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at Anne Arundel Medical Center at the age of 77. Sally was born on October 8, 1933 in Flanders, NY and was the daughter of the late Heinrich Friedrick Gerhard and Ruth Griffing (Phillips) Naber.

After graduating high school, Sally worked in Bridgeport, CT and later in Washington, DC for the General Electric Company as a secretary. She was a devoted mother and homemaker. Sally also worked as a Medical Insurance processor with the offices of Dr. Feldman in Bowie, MD.

Sally is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Ambrose DePanise of Odenton, MD, three children, Frank and Claire DePanise of Philadelphia, PA, Anthony and Ellen DePanise of Queenstown, MD, and Andrea DePanise of Annapolis, MD, five grandchildren, Meg Emma and Grace DePanise, Aaron and Jordan Lovett; a sister Joyce Shaw of Texas.

Sally was preceded in death by her four brothers, Luther, Lloyd, Sydney and Myron Naber and one sister, Phyllis Naber.

A Memorial Service will be held at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD 21113 on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at 3:00 pm. Interment will be private.
