Roy D. Westmoreland, a resident of Hanover, MD, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at his home. He was 72. Roy was born in Bogalusa, LA and was the son of the late Doil Westmoreland and Amber Deen. He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Callahan and children.
