Rosa Lee Dixon, widow of the late Thomas A. Dixon, Jr., former President of the Harman Civic Association, passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center on February 20, 2011. She was the daughter of the late John Ester and Mary Lizzy Neal. Visitation will be at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road Odenton, MD on Friday, February 25, 2011 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2011. She is survived by four daughters and six sons, Celeste Dixon, Florence Reid, Phyllis Drummond, and Donna Dixon Scott, Reginald Dixon, Rodney Dixon, Carl Dixon, David Dixon, Wayne Dixon and Vincent Dixon, survived by one brother William Neal. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
