Robin C. Champley

Robin Carol Champley, 58, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away at her home on July 22, 2013 after a long illness. She was born on April 15, 1955 in Annapolis, Maryland. Robin is survived by her husband of 37 years, Joseph Champley; one daughter, Kelli Champley of Hemmingway, SC and grandson Peyton Williams of Hemmingway, SC; her sister, Rhoda Murray of New Freedom, PA, and brother Rick Slater of Maryland. She was predeceased by her parents Vincent and Evelyn Slater and Brother Ronald Slater. Robin lived in Odenton, MD most of her life and graduated from Arundel Senior High School in 1973. She retired from the Social Security Administration in 1995. Robin was an avid baseball and football fan and was a passionate follower of the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens. She loved country music especially Jennifer Nettles and Sugarland. In her later years Robin and Joseph traveled throughout the U.S. to see various country music concerts.
