Roberta L. (Delaria) Leonard

Roberta L. (Robbie) Leonard, 79, passed away in Odenton, MD on January 19th, 2024.

Born October 7, 1944, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, daughter of Armand and Elaine (Buer) De Laria. She met her husband of 59 years, Louis Leonard Sr. in College in Colorado in 1961. They married in 1964 and moved to Maryland, where they lived for over 40 years and raised their family. They then moved to Colorado and lived in Littleton for several years where she was a member of the Pink Flamingo's Women's club.  In 2019 they moved back to Maryland to be closer to their children. Roberta enjoyed gardening and spending time with family.

Roberta is survived by her husband, Louis, children Lisa Zell, Louis Jr. (Jay). Leslie Yankowy (Scott). Also, she leaves behind, four grand children; Katie Cool (Michael), Conor Zell (Emily) Wesley Leonard (Ashley) and Michael Yankowy, and three great granddaughters, Leah, Harper and Lila.  She is also survived by her sister Renee White (George) and brother Thomas, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Timothy and Michael.
