Robert J. Phelps

On June 15, 2013, Robert J. "Bobby" Phelps of Odenton passed away at BWMC at the age of 51. Devoted husband of Leanne V. Phelps (nee Ellis); Loving father of Ashlee and Kyle Phelps of Odenton and step-father of Heather Wolf of Pennsylvania and Matthew and Kristen Behari of Odenton; Beloved son of Marilyn C. Phelps of Odenton and the late Howard Phelps Sr.; Caring brother of Howard Phelps Jr. of Odenton and cherished grandfather of Christian "Pete" Wolf and Jayce "Hoover" Wolf.

Bobby worked as the Chief Custodian for the Anne Arundel County Public School system. He was a former member of the Odenton Volunteer Fire Department and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
