Richard Charles Williams

Richard Charles Williams of Crofton, Maryland passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Rick was born on October 9, 1952 in Bethesda, Maryland and was the son of the late James and Anna Williams.

Rick worked as the deli manager for Grand Union and then as a manager for Auto Zone and Pep Boys. He was a sports enthusiast and especially loved cheering on the Baltimore Ravens. Rick was known for his love of watches and he had quite an impressive collection.

In addition to his parents Rick was preceded in death by his sister Sharon Williams.

Rick is survived by his loving wife, Diane Williams; one daughter, Debra Lynn Gunson and her husband Damon Bruce Gunson; one son, Anthony James Williams and his wife Christina Williams; one brother George Albert Williams and his wife Barbara Williams; two grandchildren, Jordan Tyler Gunson and Jacklyn Noelle Williams; one Aunt, Carolyn Cox; one niece, Jennifer Williams; one nephew, Matthew Williams; one cousin, Glenn Cox and numerous family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road Odenton, Maryland 21113 where a funeral service will begin at 1:00pm. Interment services will be private
