Richard L. Fuller, a resident of Stevensville, MD, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2014 at his home, at the age of 66. Rich was born on March 16, 1948 in York, PA and was the son of Anna Maria DeGennaro Fuller and the late Richard T. Fuller.
After graduating Northeastern High School, Rich enlisted in the US Marine Corp and proudly served his country in Vietnam. Rich continued his education and received his Bachelor Degree from York College. In 1985 he joined the U.S. Department of State and served in the Diplomatic Security Service until retiring in 2012.
An avid sportsman, he retired to the eastern shore where he enjoyed boating, crabbing and fishing. A good friend and neighbor, Rich will be missed by all.
Along with his mother, Rich is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Fuller of Stevensville, MD; two devoted sons, Jeremy Fuller of Stevensville, MD and Joshua Fuller and wife, Jinah of Sterling, VA; loving brother, Tony Fuller and wife, Natalie of Huntsville, AL; two cherished sisters, Franca Guzy and husband, Tom of Philadelphia, PA and Patty Bolton and husband, Bob of Stafford, VA, and numerous, nieces, nephews and in-laws. Rich leaves behind his two loving companions, Molly and Bear and cat, Coki.
The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A.,1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD 21113 on Monday, September 8, 2014 from 12:00pm to 1:30pm.
Interment will take place at 2:30pm at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Crownsville, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD 21032
