Ricardo Pineda Sicat

On April 21, 2022, Ricardo P. Sicat, 64, went home to be with the Lord.  Born in Pampanga, Philippines, he was a resident of Laurel, Maryland, for 28 years. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Florencia Villanueva; his children Mervin Sicat (wife Ana Paula), Mark J. Sicat, and Kathleen J. Sicat; his siblings Bella Czuhajewoski, Arceli Yusi, Josephine Klopstad, Lorna Garcia, Ronaldo Sicat, and Geralyn Sicat; his seven grandchildren; and 17 nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents Bienvenido and Lucila Sicat; his sons Erwin and Oliver Sicat; and his siblings Myrna Gonzales, Antonio Sicat, and Melodia Sagun.

Ricardo worked for Eastland Food Corporation for 25 years and as a cook for The Olive Garden for 12 years.  In addition to cooking, he also enjoyed watching football, bowling, and playing cards with his family and friends.  Most especially, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
