Rama Rao Mysore, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He was 61, born in
Bangalore to Madhura & M. R. Satyaraj & immigrated to the US in 1985. Since then he & his wife Uthra have lived in Greenbelt, MD and have
been part of the community for over 3 decades.
Rama Rao was a great musician, an active leader of community organizations and the Indian temple. He was a friend, philosopher and guide to many people and touched the lives of people with a warm sense of humour.
Ramarao is survived by his beloved wife, Uthra Rao, his father M.R. Satyaraj brother Venky Mysore & sister -in-law, Veena Mysore and sister Nalini Umashankar & brother-in-law Umesh Shankar, nieces Jaishri, Priyanka, Tanushri and Malavika and nephew Aneesh.
