Priyal Patel

With profound sadness, we announce the unexpected passing of Priyal G. Patel on June 30, 2026, at the age of 25.

Born on April 17, 2001, in Silver Spring, Maryland, to her loving parents, Gaurang Patel and Chaula Shah, Priyal brought joy, kindness, and love to everyone who knew her.

Priyal earned her bachelor's degree in Statistics and Financial Economics. She was known for her intelligence, humility, and dedication to helping others. She supported UNICEF fundraising efforts, tutored young students, and shared her passion for Indian classical dance through charitable performances.

She enjoyed reading, hiking, dancing, swimming, and cooking and will always be remembered for her warm smile, compassionate heart, and quiet strength.

Though her life was far too short, Priyal leaves behind a lasting legacy of kindness, generosity, and service. She is survived by her loving parents, Gaurang and Chaula; her beloved sister, Ria; and many cherished relatives, friends, and mentors.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the local Red Cross in Priyal's memory.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
