Patricia L. Trobian-Zohny, of Odenton, MD, passed away unexpectedly on July 18, 2023. Patricia or “Pat,” as she liked to be called, was born on October 20, 1949. She grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, but made the DC metropolitan area her home since the 1980s. She was a successful Public Affairs and Development executive until her early retirement due to Multiple Sclerosis, which she battled for three decades. Pat was a loving, devoted, kind, funny, brilliant woman and will be missed by all that knew her — especially her husband of 40 years, Dr. Ahmed Zohny, and her only child, Josephine Zohny. She was predeceased by her parents, Paul L. Trobian and Concetta J. Trobian (née Forte). In addition to her daughter and husband, she is survived by one sister, Paula Herman.
Donations can be made in Patricia’s name to the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, Save The Elephants or the National MS Society.
