Patricia A. (Brewer) Funderburk

On May 5, 2016, Patricia A. “Pat” Funderburk (nee Brewer) passed away at the age of 78.  Born in Baltimore, Pat lived in Roland Park and later moved to Westminster, eventually retiring to West Virginia.  Devoted wife of the late William Jerry Funderburk; beloved mother of Debra L. Harris and her husband Frank of Annapolis and Mike Burtnick and his wife Karen of Manchester; loving sister of Jayne Smedley of Perry Hall, Brenda Vinson of Towson and Bonnie Turner of Charlestown, WV; former spouse and dear friend of Bernard “Bo” Burtnick of Paw Paw, WV; Cherished grandmother of 5 and great-grandmother of 4.

Pat worked for Maryland Casualty Co. for 30 years before retiring and moving to West Virginia, where she worked for BB&T Bank in Paw Paw.  She was a member of the Paw Paw Church of Christ.  Pat enjoyed her flower garden and traveling to South Carolina with her husband.  She loved her dogs and especially loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
