Nancy Y. (Lane) Powell

Nancy Y. Powell, a resident of Odenton, MD, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Anne Arundel Medical Center, Annapolis, MD. She was 80.
Nancy was a member of Nichols Bethel United Methodist Church in Odenton, Maryland. She enjoyed taking cruises with her late husband, Wayne, taking family vacations, crocheting, caring for her cats, watching game shows, and visiting with friends.
Nancy is survived by her loving children; Wayne Andrew Powell and his wife Kim of Gambrills, MD an d C hristine Y. Jackson and her husband Stephen of Gambrills, MD; two cherished grandsons, Brian A. and Kevin M. Powell of Kansas City, MO and Gambrills, respectively.
The family will receive friends at the family owned Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1411 Annapolis, MD 21113 on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 15, at 2:00 pm at the funeral home chapel. Interment is private.
