Nancy L. (Isaacson) Givler

On December 2, 2016, Nancy L. Givler (nee Isaacson) of Millersville passed away surrounded by her loving family.  She was 84.  Devoted wife of 62 years to Lloyd R. Givler; beloved mother of Debbie A. Dinsmore of Millersville, Virginia L. Williams Horne of Centreville, Linda S. Kiefer of Millersville, and Michelle A. Williams of Severna Park; Cherished grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 9.  She was predeceased by her son Richard L. Givler.

Nancy worked for Roadway Trucking as a billing clerk for 25 years before retiring. She enjoyed antiquing, was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting afghans for her family.  She was an amazing cook and everyone will miss her delicious pies.  Most especially though, Nancy loved spending time with her family.....and as our mom would say at every family gathering “Hyvää joulua and Tulevat syömään japojille!”
