Monica Porter Ward

Monica Porter Ward passed peacefully away June 15, 2015.  She was a loving wife, stepmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her husband, Dan Ward; stepchildren Xander, Rory, and Jacob; her parents L. Kent and Brigitte Porter; siblings, Matt Porter, Stephanie Yost, and Laurie Stephens.

All those who knew and loved her will remember Monica. She was the ultimate example of love one can have for those around them. She has experienced great happiness with her husband Dan, and her stepchildren who adored her as much as she did them. We will miss her greatly. Nobody had a better smile.

Funeral services will be held in the Odenton Ward Building of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 528 Higgins Drive, Odenton, Maryland Monday, June 22 at 11:00 AM.  After the funeral, Monica will be laid to rest at home in Texas.
