Michael Dennis Hodges

Michael Dennis Hodges of Hyattsville, Maryland, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015. Michael was born in 1952 and was the son of the late Thomas G. Hodges, IV and Loretta Hodges.

Michael was born and raised in Washington, D.C. where he attended John Carroll High School. He worked for the phone company, when he retired leaving Bell Atlantic. Michael also had a love and passion for music.

Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Marjorie; four loving sons, Keith (Marcelle), Glenn (Antoinette), Brian (Tara) and Kevin (Kate); proud grandfather “Hops” of five grandchildren, Brooke, Jackson, Sophia, Wyatt and Levi; three siblings, Patricia McCarthy, Thomas (Sandy) and John (Jean); brother –in – law, Louie (Sally) McMurry. Michael is also survived by a host of many relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2015 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road Odenton, MD 21113. Interment services will be private.
