Mary Ann Stahlnecker

On March 11, 2016, Mary Ann Stahlnecker passed away at the age of 68.  Born in Pennsylvania, Mary Ann was a resident of Odenton since 1977.  Devoted wife of 29 years to John E. Stahlnecker; Beloved mother of Gerold “Jerry” L. Sappington Jr. of Virginia and Paul S. Sappington of Halethorpe; Loving step-mother of John E. Stahlnecker II of Pasadena, Michael A. Stahlnecker of Crofton, Patrick S. Stahlnecker of Arizona and Christopher J. Stahlnecker, also of Arizona; Caring sister of Laura R. Hope of Catonsville, Linda L. Richardson of Owings Mills, Bridget H. Fitzhenry of Glen Burnie, Ronald W. Fitzhenry of Linthicum and Patrick H. Fitzhenry of Glen Burnie.  Mary Ann was predeceased by her parents William J. Jr. and Helen G. Fitzhenry and her brother William J. Fitzhenry III.  She was the cherished grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 1.  Mary Ann is also survived by many loving family members and dear friends.

Mary Ann worked as an administrator with G.E. from 1977 to 1995.  She was very good at crafts and enjoyed crocheting.  She also enjoyed reading and was known for her exceptional cooking and baking.
