Marvin Rowland

Marvin Rowland of Gambrills, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at the age of 83. Marvin was born on December 12, 1929 in Hazlehurst, Georgia.
Marvin joined the Air Force and retired as a decorated combat veteran. He then went on to enjoy a second career with Bell Atlantic Telephone Company. He will be remembered for his dedication to family, friends and country.
Marvin is survived by his wife of 59 years, Margaret; his daughters, Monica, Stephanie, Andrea and Christine; grandson, Sean; siblings, Earl, Ella Mae and Maggieline.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 24, 2013 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road Odenton, Maryland 21113. Interment services will be private.
