Marites C Rienton

Marites C. Rienton, a resident of Hanover, MD, passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025, at her home. She was 53. Marites was born on November 24, 1971, in Caloocan City, Philippines to Reynaldo delRosario and the late Aurelia delRosario (nee Cajucom).

Marites moved to the United States when she was 2 and spent her childhood growing up in Chicago. Following her primary and secondary education, she pursued nursing, and obtained her nursing degree. As a registered nurse, she served her community for 30+ years. She was known as a generous and hard worker.

Marites was joyful and kind, blessed with the ability to always make those around her smile. She was adventurous; eager to try new things, learn something new, and travel to new places. Above all though, she loved her family and never hesitated to give what she could to them.

Marites is survived by her beloved daughters, Rachel (Richard) Lou and Naomi Rienton; loving father, Reynaldo delRosario; devoted siblings, Riza (Alex) Siapno, Nanette Medina, Vicente (Charisse) delRosario, and Ramon (Kristine) delRosario; cherished nieces and nephews, Kristine (Jon) Aguda, Lauren Siapno, Joseph (Marianne) Siapno, Anthony (Tamika) delRosario, Isaac Medina, Isaiah Medina, Francis delRosario, Clare delRosario and Max delRosario.

The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD 21113 on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Christian Mass will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 10:30 am, St. Lawrence Martyr Catholic Church, 7850 Parkside Blvd., Hanover, MD 21076. Interment will be private.
