Louise Cornelia (Carter) Scratcher

Louise C. Scratcher passed away peacefully on January 12, 2021, at the age of 99 at Glen Burnie Health Center.  Born in New Jersey, Louise was a long time resident of Odenton, MD.  She was predeceased by her husband Robert R. Scratcher.  Louise is survived by her son Gary L. Scratcher of Springdale, Pennsylvania, four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She worked as an administrator for the government until she retired.  Louise will be laid to rest next to her husband at Epiphany Episcopal Cemetery in Odenton.  Due to COVID, there will be no memorial service at this time.
