Linda Mary Mitchell

Linda Mary Mitchell, a resident of Odenton, MD, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at her residence at the age of 63. Linda was born on September 2, 1947 in Antigo, Wisconsin and was the daughter of the late Walter and Belva (Gossen) Hess.
During her life, Linda's travels took her around the world and across the United States. As a military spouse she dedicated her life to serving others; her husband, daughter, family and friends. Her grace was admired by those around her. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Linda is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Allen Mitchell, III of Odenton, MD; daughter, Amanda Mason and her husband Thomas of Odenton, MD; two grandsons, Andrew and Ares Mason of Odenton, MD; two brothers, Gordon Hess and Curtis Hess of White Lake, WI; two sisters, Jeanie Hess and Kathleen Hess also of White Lake, WI.
A Memorial Service will be held at Riva Trace Baptist Church, 475 W. Central Ave., Davidsonville, MD 21035 on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 3:00 pm.
