Linda C. Mierzeski

Linda C. Mierzeski, a resident of Gambrills, MD since 1988, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in Severn, MD. She was 75. Linda was born on December 31, 1949, in Washington, D.C., and was the daughter of the late John Loughlin and Catherine Loughlin.

Linda grew up in Hyattsville, Maryland, where she spent her childhood surrounded by family and friends. In 1976, she married the love of her life, John Mierzeski, and together they raised twin boys who were the pride and joy of her life. A devoted member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Odenton, she found strength and community in her faith. She will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and the joy she brought to those around her, cherishing every moment spent with her family and dear friends.

Linda is survived by her two loving sons, Jason Mierzeski (Lanay), Brian Mierzeski (Jennifer); five cherished grandchildren, Alyssa Raspa , Caitlin Mierzeski, Brianna Mierzeski, Alayna Mierzeski, and Jake Mierzeski; two adorable great-grandchildren, Luca and Rocco Raspa; devoted brother, Ryan Loughlin. Linda is preceded in death by her husband, John Mierzeski and brother, John Findley.

The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Mass of a Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 10:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church; 1283 Odenton Road, Odenton, MD 21113. Interment will follow to Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, MD.
