Kevin Crotts

Kevin James Crotts, 51, of Denton, Maryland, passed away suddenly on April 9th, 2021. He was born in Takoma Park, Maryland, to Clifford (Gene) and Patricia (Pat) Crotts on September 28th, 1969.

He is survived by his loving wife Christine Wayne-Crotts, his parents Clifford and Patricia Crotts, his daughter Brooke Bleything and stepson Kyle Wayne. His beloved sisters Debbie Price (Kevin) and Tracy Cannan (Billy) and many nieces and nephews.

Kevin found the true love of his life in 2009. He and Christine were instantly infatuated with each other. In Kevin’s own words, he completely adored her. They brought out the best in one another and built a life together filled with incredible amounts of love and happiness.

Kevin (K9) had a lifelong passion for softball. He was an incredible player who enjoyed spending his weekends batting with his teammates. If Kevin was not at the softball field, you could find him out on his boat enjoying time with his father (Cliffy) fishing on the bay. Kevin was a complete momma’s boy, who confided in his mother and appreciated her guidance through life. Kevin took pride in his position as an equipment technician for Henry Schein Dental and was dedicated to the entire dental community that he served. He loved any animals whole-heartedly especially his black labs, Floyd, Bella, and Gypsy, who will miss their daddy throwing the ball for them and sneaking them treats.

There was never a stranger to Kevin. Once he met you, you were instantly a friend for life. Kevin made sure to live his life to the fullest and wanted nothing more than to make everyone around him laugh and enjoy themselves. He was an unstoppable force of love and laughter who will be dearly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, April 23,2021 from 2pm-4pm and from 6pm-7pm. A memorial service will be held at 7pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his name to the SPCA, 1815 Bay Ridge Ave., Annapolis, MD 21403.
