She was born on January 10, 1954 to Arthur Gordon Turner Jr. and Katherine Clemson.
She is survived by her brother Charles Turner (Amber) and sister, the late Margo Turner, as well as nephew and niece Philip and Sadie Turner.
Katie was preceded in death by her father Arthur Gordon Turner Jr. and mother Katherine Clemson.
