Judith Ann (Hatcher) Hartje

Judith “Judy” Ann Hartje of Severn, MD, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at her residence, at the age of 83.  Judy was born on November 9, 1933 in Millville, NJ to the late Charles “Chick” Hatcher, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth "Lib" (Ford) Hatcher.

Judy is survived by her five children, Pam Wheelock and her husband, Herb, Laura Jenkins, Albert Jacob Hartje, Jr., Thomas Wayne Hartje and his wife, Jeanette and Frank Anthony Hartje and his wife, Valerie; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Clara Kirby and brother, Charles “Chick” Hatcher, Jr.  In addition to her parents Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Jacob Hartje, Sr. and son, David Craig Hartje.

The family will receive friends at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD 21113 on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.  A graveside service will follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens in Davidsonville, MD.
