Baby Jewel Siobhan Dailey of Severn, MD, died suddenly on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, MD. Jewel was born on April 21, 2012 at Howard General Hospital in Columbia, MD.

Jewel is survived by her beloved parents, Ashley Slade and Bryant Dailey, Jr. of Severn, MD; three loving sisters, Ariana, Jayla and Janelle; devoted maternal grandparents, Carmen and Carl Slade of Severn, MD; cherished paternal grandmother, Terry Wallace of Odenton, MD; paternal grandfather, Bryant Dailey, Sr. of Glen Burnie, MD; aunt, "Tita" Brianna Slade of Severn, MD; uncle, "JoJo" Joseph Slade of Severn, MD and many loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD 21113 on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Donaldson Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Epiphany Episcopal Church Cemetery, Odenton, MD
