Jaxon Samuel Kilduff

Jaxon Samuel Kilduff, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Jax was born on September 30, 2014 and was the son of Sean Patrick Kilduff and Christie Marie Kilduff.

Jax only lived for 12 hours and 4 minutes but his impact on our world will last our entire lifetime. His tiny fingers and beautiful face will not be forgotten. It's amazing that a child who is so small can bring so much love with him from Heaven. His smile is forever etched in our hearts and we love him to infinity and beyond.

Along with his Mommy and Daddy, Jax is survived by his sister, Lily May; brother, Mikey Gregory; maternal grandparents, Gregory Harry Swanson, Jr. "Poppie" and Helen Louise Swanson, "Nannie"; paternal grandparents, Michael Joseph Kilduff, " Poppy" and Patricia Ann Kilduff, "MomMom"; maternal great grandmother, Laverne Helmer"Nan-Gator"

The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD, 21113 on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00pm.
