Jason Paul Benfield

Jason Paul Benfield, Sr., a resident of Millersville, MD, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD at the age of 42. Jason was born on May 20, 1969 in Greenbelt, MD and is the son of Ronald Benfield and Margaret Rogers Parker and stepson of David Parker and Lisa Benfield.

Jason was a hard working business owner. He was a kind, loving father, who loved to spend time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed crabbing, fishing and hunting. Jason was an active member of St. Joseph's church who served on the Improvement Committee.
Jason is survived by his beloved wife, Helen Benfield, of Millersville, MD; two loving children, Sophia and Jason Benfield; three sisters, Gina Cohn, Brooke Jackson and Rhonda Parker; brother, Cory Benfield.

The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD 21113 on Monday, August 29, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 1283 Odenton Road, Odenton, MD 21113 on Wednesday, 31, 2011 at 9:00 am. Interment will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD.
