Gregory Sargeant

On July 28, 2024, Gregory Sargeant, age 66, went home to be with the Lord.  Devoted husband of 41 years to Maryann Sargeant (nee Jenkins); loving brother of Brenda and Harold Sargeant. He was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Fanny Sargeant and his sister Janet Sargeant.

Born in Queens, New York, Greg graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a major in photography.  He worked as a technician for IBM for 25 years before retiring, but he pursued his photography passion his entire life. Greg was a man of faith and a member of the Gambrills Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, in Glen, Burnie, Maryland.  A “gym rat”, he could often be found at the Gold’s Gym in Crofton.  In addition to photography, he also enjoyed driving his Jaguar and traveling with his wife.
