Gerald "Jerry" R. Youse

On April 14, 2018, Gerald R. “Jerry” Youse passed away at home. He was 81.  Born in Pennsylvania, Jerry was a resident of Gambrills since 1971.  Beloved husband of Mildred L. “Millie” Youse (nee Buzby) for 56 years; Devoted father of Joni Youse of Thurmont, Brian Youse of Severn, and Vicki Burrell of Gambrills; loving brother of Dennis Youse of Pennsylvania; cherished grandfather of 6 and great-grandfather of 3 with one granddaughter on the way.  He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Pauline Youse and his brother Larry Youse.

Jerry proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force. He then worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer for NASA for 30 years before retiring.   He was a member of the American Legion, a fan of the Redskins and the Phillies, and an avid golfer.  Most especially, Jerry loved spending time with his family.
