George Tsimopoulos

George Tsimopoulos of Severn, MD, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at his residence. George was born April 14, 1940 in Greece and was the son of Pericles and Vasiliki (Prassou) Tsimopoulos. George was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved playing golf and was a sports enthusiast.
George is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Katina Tsimopoulous; two daughters Erini Primikirios and husband Nicholaos and Vicki Sticka and husband Bill and four grandchildren, Pantelis Primikirios, Katerina Primikirios, Charles Sticka and Alexis Sticka.
The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, Maryland 21113 on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. A trisagion will be offered at 7:30 PM at the funeral home. On Wednesday, Mr. Tsimopoulos will lie in state at the Cemetery Chapel of the Holy Resurrection (5917 Windsor Mill Road, Baltimore) at 10:30 AM and the funeral will begin at 11:00 AM. Internment at the adjoining cemetery.
