Elizabeth A. Harper

Elizabeth Harper, 81, died peacefully on October 11, 2023, after a brief illness.

Elizabeth was a long-time resident of Ellicott City, Maryland.  For over fifty years, she was the owner of Harper Tax Associates in Columbia, Maryland, later renamed The Harper Advisory Group.

She was passionate about many things, among them her dogs.   She was an ardent animal lover. She had many friends who loved her, including some special ones:  Alan, Carol, David and Kenny.  She will be missed by all of those she loved, and who loved her.
