Deborah L. Guinn

Deborah L. Guinn, a lifelong resident of Severn, passed away at home at the age of 62 after a lengthy illness.  She is survived by her devoted husband Robert W. Bearns Jr., her sister Barbara Bussey and her brother Gary Bussey.  She is predeceased by her parents, Rev. Robert L. and Ola M. Bussey.  Debbie worked as a contract negotiator for insurance companies. She adored her two dogs, Bailey and CJ.
