Suddenly, On March 30, 2022, SFC. David Russell Rice, a retired U.S. Army Veteran, passed away. He is the beloved husband of Elizabeth Carol (nee Fultz) Rice, devoted father of Jayson Buterbaugh and his wife Amanda, Christopher Rice, Jamie Russell and her husband Matthew, Samantha Rice, Mallery Prough and her husband Art and DJ Rice and the late Danny Rice. Also survived his grandchildren, Joshua, Jordon, Caden, JJ, Bradley and Ava and many other relatives and friends.
